Return & Refund Policy

At Azgobee, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If things didn't go quite as planned, we’ve made our return process as straightforward as possible.

1. The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have flown by since your package arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following "Azgobee Standards":

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, personalized/custom products, and intimate or sanitary goods.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@azgobee.com with your order number.

  2. Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or the designated return address.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.


4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Full Refund Applied if the product is defective or incorrect.
Partial Refund May be granted for items with signs of use or missing parts.
Store Credit Available upon request if you’d prefer to shop again!

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, send us an email and we’ll get the swap started.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Azgobee covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
